Beginner Ballet
Introduction to Ballet technique: placement, positions and basic movement. Strengthening of the muscles we need for ballet, light stretches and some simple routines across the floor to get the sense of the flow and feel the joy of moving.

Intermediate Ballet
A full ballet class that requires the knowledge of basic ballet elements.
Introduction to more complex steps, longer combinations on the centre. getting further with technical elements like turns and jumps.

Advanced Ballet
Classes for professional dancers and advanced dance students of any age. A full ballet class with unique insides on technical elements. High attention to dynamic, musicality and self-expression, you can count on personal feedback.
Classes are crafted for the needs of each specific group.

Ballet Stretch and Strengthen/
A body maintenance and workout class focusing on developing the muscles needed for ballet training, flexibility and coordination. Class finishes with a 10-15 minute cardio dance section going through basic ballet elements and jumps.
Suitable for anyone who would like to work on their strength, agility and mobility.
Previous experience in ballet is not necessary however this class is also beneficial for dancers furthering their technique

Contemporary Partnering
From a conscious touch to endless partnering flow.
Starting with gentle skin to skin contact we get introduction to dance grips, sharing of weight, and most importantly organic flow, where listening to each other informs movement choices and trust allows complicated lifts.
